We do not offer returns for items that have been used or where packaging has been removed. If an item is not fit for use or damaged upon receipt, do get in touch with us and we will ensure that you receive a fit for use replacement product.

We ship with a range of local courier companies. The fees vary depending on your delivery address. This shipping fee will be calculated on the checkout page after address and postcode are provided.
We only ship within Australia at the moment.
Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days. Due to the ever-changing restrictions across the various states, delivery companies do experience delays from time to time.
