Digital Privacy
- Omni-Tel Pty Ltd, will not trade, swap or sell our customers personal or identifying information collected through the website. This includes email and business details. No attempt will be made by Omni-Tel Pty Ltd to identify our customers or end users.
- Details such as email addresses may be used for marketing purposes.
- Cookies are used on our website to allow ease of access to you to use our websites and account with ease. These do not persist after logging out of the website. They also do not collect data outside of the website.
Sales
- Prices may change at any given time without notice.
- Payment is due within in 30 days of being billed, otherwise the payment will be deemed overdue and will be followed up by Omni-Tel Pty Ltd’s accounts recoverable team.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate a specific product or variant without notice, unless we have a contract for ongoing supply.
- Omni-Tel Pty Ltd and its affiliates’ websites do not collect or store customer payment information. If customer payment details are required for ongoing payments, these will be stored by PayPal and Stripe in accordance with PayPal’s and Stripe’s Terms and conditions.
Digital downloads
- All downloads from Omni-Tel Pty Ltd or its affiliate websites are not permitted to be resold or distributed without the express the permission of Omni-Tel Pty Ltd.
- Omni-Tel Pty Ltd utilizes Amazon Web Services for its cloud server, all data is stored in accordance with the AWS terms and conditions.
- Any subscription prices remain fixed for the term of the agreement.
- A subscription will continue in perpetuity, beyond the period stated in the contract, unless terminated by either one of the parties, or a variance is agreed to by both parties. Written confirmation is required for either.
- All subscription payments must be paid within 30 days of being billed, otherwise the payment will be deemed overdue and will be followed up by Omni-Tel Pty Ltd’s accounts recoverable team.
- Omni-Tel Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate any contract without notice, if the terms and conditions have been breached or by notification of local law enforcement of criminal activity.
- Omni-Tel Pty Ltd and its affiliates’ websites where possible do not collect or store customer payment information. If customer payment details are required for ongoing payments, these will be stored by PayPal and Stripe in accordance with PayPal’s and Stripe’s Terms and conditions.
Returns
- Returns will only be accepted if the goods are damaged or not fit for purpose. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Returns will not be considered for change of mind or similar reasons.

- Omni-Tel Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any misuse of its products, for queries or concerns about the proper use of the products please contact Omni-Tel Pty Ltd on info@quovo.com.au.
